Car & Driver magazine took a test drive with our electric Moke America vehicle and gave us a thumbs up!
From the article by Joe Lorio: "With its Jeep-like (or is it Moke-like?) styling—exposed hood hinges and side latches, giant round headlights, and a rear-mounted spare tire—not to mention its candy-colored hues, the Moke is way more fun-looking than a glorified golf cart spiffed up for resort duty. And yet with a base entry point of $17,770 (add $395 for just the soft top, $595 for the top plus side curtains, $500 for the stereo, and $375 for black wheels), its price is on a par with other LSVs. Like them, the Moke could be used to putter around a gated community, and it also looks like something you might drive from the dock to the beach and then to the nightclub.
